Compassionate staff, convenient location, exceptional service. the night reception staff were truly a blessing during our exhausted arrival at 1 AM, and they even offered us food when we couldn't find any nearby.

After a long journey with two toddlers, we found welcoming staff who offered food to the kids and even secured us a room when availability was uncertain. The inviting environment and 24/7 mini market added convenience to our stay, making it a memorable experience.

We stayed in a spacious Queen room with our two kids and loved the welcoming vibe of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and the convenience of the mini-market being open 24/7 was a lifesaver during late-night snack runs.

My kids wished for a larger pool area with more kid-friendly amenities.

The shuttle bus was a bit spotty, taking its sweet time, which can be a drag after a long flight. And while the bar has a sleek vibe, it lacks that cozy feel you'd want for unwinding after a busy day. The price tag seems a tad high for what’s on offer. there's more affordable charm nearby.

The King room was super comfy, and I loved the modern vibe of the place. The triple pane windows did a great job blocking noise from the planes outside. Highly recommend this for a peaceful night's sleep! Plus, the parking is conveniently located right across the street.
